The 3DPrintED Erasmus+ project has officially launched, with an exciting kick-off meeting in Prague bringing together educators, innovators, and technology experts from Portugal, Italy, and the Czech Republic. This groundbreaking initiative is set to revolutionize STEM education by integrating 3D printing into classrooms, making learning more hands-on, creative, and future-focused.
Over the next two years (2024-2026), the project will develop cutting-edge teaching methodologies, train teachers, and test these strategies directly with students. Why? Because 3D printing isn’t just a tool—it’s a bridge between imagination and reality, giving students the power to design, create, and innovate like never before.
During the kick-off meeting, partners shared expertise, discussed the best ways to bring 3D printing into different subjects, and mapped out exciting upcoming activities, including teacher workshops, classroom experiments, and collaborative learning experiences. The enthusiasm in the room was undeniable—everyone is eager to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers, designers, and innovators.
